I recently started a new job and my manager has been difficult to deal with. She talks to me like I am a child being told off. I didn’t expect this from her because during the interview processes she seemed polite and kind. What can I do as I need this job.

Please don’t do this you won’t climb any ladder if you interviewing and you been at 5-7 Jobs in the past decade it looks really bad that you change so offen I get he’s trying to push his narrative it might be got some but the average person as a manager of a department we look at this it’s red flags right away

I try job hop every 3, never add anyone on socials only add on WhatsApp and never connect with anyone outside of work, they’re not my friends …
