I put my laxative mix in the fridge for a couple of hours the first one was not bad at all but the second one I had to drink 5 am and it was horrible I ended up vomiting but yeah I had to wear adult nappies and nappy rash cream was my best friend.

How many centimetres did they go round you’re colon? Mine was 10 and at the point I screamed in pain I didn’t wanna be asleep I had gas n air
