I remember when I used to pump myself up with Coffee and Energy drinks. im talking 6 cans, and 12 cups of coffee. withdrawal was hard, especially the headaches. and I remember all my excuses then. they sound dumb to me now. But look who's managing HBP and trying to stay alive.

The first and last time I ever took energy drink was few years back. I had serious palpitation like my heart rate went up l couldn’t understand why. Omo that was the end oh. I don’t take caffeine too cos cos it gives me palpitation and lack of sleep
