Ingredientes: 500 gramas de carne moída 1 cebola ralada 3 dentes de alho picados 1 colher de chá de sal Meia colher de chá de pimenta do reino 1 colher de chá de páprica 1 colher de chá de orégano 1 colher de chá de manjericão Cebolinha e coentro picados 1 ovo inteiro 1 colher de sopa de azeite (ou óleo) 1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo Meia xícara de farinha de rosca 1 cebola picada 3 dentes de alho Meio pimentão vermelho Meio pimentão verde 2 sachês de molho pronto Sal a gosto 1 colher de chá de orégano Um pouco de água Cheiro verde para finalizar Tempo de Preparo: Fritar as almôndegas por aproximadamente 5 minutos de cada lado.
