Well said but rather understandably sticking teddies in a bonnet and covering a car with stickers just isn’t interesting or even worth displaying or a standard ford kuga with a club sticker on it

Thing is people pay to attend shows - and want to see interesting and nice builds. A stock ford focus with some stickers and rattle canned wheels is not something the majority want to have to pay to see displayed. Everyone should absolutely enjoy what they do, but it doesn’t mean every car is worthy of being put on a display stand. Obviously not everything will be to everyone’s taste and people shouldn’t be nasty over it - but there’s absolutely no denying a huge number of cars on display are not cars most people would want to pay to see.

My car cost me £2500 (plus cost of buying which was £4900), don’t need a ton of money to make smth nice. Doesn’t excuse sticking random tatt or pin stripes etc on things and calling it a build

My club (TEAMjUNK) we don't care about the condition of your car, we are a little family and generally love cars and meeting up 🤷🏼♀️most of ours are daily runners, I'd never mock anyone's and it's an each to your own.
