They need to fix the missiles and flares bad. The flares do absolutely nothing and the missiles stay locked even when you go behind a building or mountain and will chase you forever

I heard you do the same thing I did my first missile launch. The initial click to fire, not realizing you need to hold the trigger to actually launch.
