1. Was this in the USA? If so which state and do they have a duty to retreat? 2. The second they start running it no longer becomes an immediate threat thus becomes unjustified. 3. Do I agree with the judge? Partly. 4. No wonder the kids did this if that’s how there parents behave. They should be locked up as well.

The homeowner was acting self defense, he should never been found guilty. The home owner had no way of knowing that he would not be harmed. No the sentence was not fair.
