If there is a dropped kerb in front of your own house. Can you still be fine. Who is issuing the fine? The council or the owner of the property? All houses on my new estate have no front garden but two bays to park.

Engine idling fine is robbery! However I am glad the UK councils are scaming their own citizens this way! In a countey with extreme weather conditions, how so you expect people to keep cool or warm when waiting in cars? make it make sense.

some of these are a relief as a wheelchair user its so unsafe when you end up having to try to get up or down steep curbs because someone's parked in the way or go down the road because half the pavement is blocked on a narrow street its so unsafe for disabled people and people with buggies etc 🙏
