Ganito nlng, since magagaling tong mga Senator Judge at Prosecutor na to, why not give an example on how is the proper way to disbursed a confidential fund, disclosed how the Confidential Fund of the President Spokepersons been disbursed.... dabah may confidential fund si anti mo.... kht hndi na ung ay President... mas malaki un e😅... dun nlng sa staff nya....pwede ba un tutal magagaling kau dabah🤪

📌 AUGUST 2022 OVP requested its 2022 budget, including confidential funds. 📌 DEC. 20, 2022 ₱125 MILLION was transferred from the Office of the President’s Contingent Fund to the OVP for confidential expenses. 📌 JANUARY 2023 OVP submitted its AR & supporting documents within the reporting/liquidation period. 📌 ~8 MONTHS LATER ***COA audited/reviewed the submissions and later raised findings. 🔴 So bakit issue sa prosecution ang mabilis na withdrawal/disbursement ng ₱125M? Dec. 20 na na-release 5 days before Christmas, with Christmas and year-end bank/government holidays approaching. Ang totoong dapat patunayan ay kung saan napunta ang ₱125M, kung valid ang expenses at supporting documents, at kung sumunod sa COA rules—hindi simpleng “mabilis na na-withdraw.” FAST WITHDRAWAL ≠ AUTOMATIC PROOF OF MISUSE.
