I would argue that daredevil and bats no kill rule is a definite no kill. but spidey and supes are generally just avoiding or against killing BUT there is times when they are willing to do it. they just generally avoid it.

Spiderman never would kill in any context. He gets frustrated he is tempted to do that but the moment he does that he is no longer Spiderman. Daredevil and Batman as well yes there are personal reasons but not selfish trying to save everyone especially when the consequence is you could go further than the villains. Daredevil even more so than Batman he is very not well and would if unleash massacre on a large scale.

DD slander is crazy. His no kill rule is one of the only ones that makes sense. He believes in redemption. That life is so sacred and that we (him) are not to judge which life is precious or not.

Sorry until the system is fixed, im going with the system that doesn't have a rouges gallery that will kill someone for associates with the Punisher, and even if they do get killed because someone was dumb enough just to get to the Punisher, at least he'll avenged them unlike Spiderman and Daredevil.

I said this on another video talking about the relationship between punisher, Spider-Man and Daredevil, And the analogy I used is. Daredevil is like that friend who doesn't drink but doesn't shut up about how they don't drink. and every time someone talks about drinking around them they get all high and mighty and act like they're better than everyone else because they don't drink. that's basically Daredevil
