We both came to a mutual understanding that we should break up I always figured ending on good terms was difficult now experiencing it, it hurts like hell because I still care for her, I still love her, but I can’t be with her? We were together for 5 years each others firsts for EVERYTHING now we just exist I’m sorry for the pain I’ve caused & I know she’s sorry for what she did & I’m grateful for everything we experienced together the ups, the downs, our favourite moments, the hardships etc. I’m not too sure if I want to say I’ll wait for her maybe I would maybe I won’t? unadding her has been my best decision yet. I no longer stay up looking at her activity, watching her reposts or hoping she's gonna text first. I can finally sleep in peace. this morning was the first time in 2 months that I've woken up and not immediately checked my phone for a text. ik it's hard, but just blocking/unadding them is probably one of the best thing to help you get over it. I tried venting on this app but she saw the videos, told me they made her feel unsettled and then blocked me, so I unadded her on everything and it felt like a boulder was lifted off my chest. I haven't had any panic attacks or over thought anything today because I've finally accepted the fact that it's over.
