The mentalist literally deserved more seasons than just the red john story. His life was so interesting. The writers really did the show dirty on the last one.

The Mentalist is such a great show, I'm currently on s2 ep17 and I've seen a few scenes of Jane and his father. He has such an interesting backstory and I'd love to see more of it.

If they made it right I would love a series on everyone’s back story like a few episodes and it switches between all the backstory’s in all the episodes but it still stays kinda mysterious like we know 90% but the other 10% is WILD

I dont like how they left van pets past ambiguous. We see jane talk about her past deep trauma shes never brought up early on, then the whole ‘sister’ that she didn’t really have that commited, its really sad we didn’t develop on her
