Here's the truth: the whole thing runs on two. Tool one: n8n — the hub where your email, your spreadsheets, and your apps all plug in and start moving work without you. Drop AI into the middle and those automations start to think: reading the email, deciding what it is, writing the reply — the judgment calls you used to make by hand. Tool two: an AI coding assistant, like Claude Code. You tell it in plain English what you want, and it builds your own apps for you. It won't read your mind — you have to know what you're asking for and catch it when it's wrong. You direct it, because you learned how it actually works. Put them together and you get a real AI employee — a job to own, connected to your tools, with a brake so the risky calls wait for your yes. Then a whole command center, a team running your operation while you're off doing something else. And none of it is magic. Getting good at those two tools means actually learning them — the basics, how they really work. That's the part everyone wants to skip, and it's the exact part that makes everything else possible.
