I mean this so nicely, but this is a really unsafe situation for the frog. There’s no way of knowing when you’re at dinner what cleaner’s been used on the table, what you’ve gotten on your hands from touching the doors/food/cutlery, and frogs absorb things through their skin. This is cute on the surface, but probably incredibly uncomfortable and possibly harmful for the little dude
