I personally believe that the man should get a say on the potential baby if he is the victim. However, I don’t believe his say on the abortion itself is final. I think that he should say whether he is 1) ready for a child at all, 2) okay with looking after 50% dna of his rapist, and 3) if he has the funds to look after the kid if he so chooses to take on responsibility. If the woman still chooses to have the baby and he doesn’t want to be involved with it, he should be fully in his right to be absent from the baby’s life. Even if that means the baby is put into an adoption agency/care until the system can find someone they can go to. And yes, I do know that the foster/adoption program sucks balls, but it is common knowledge that anyone in prison cannot have a child on site. Which unfortunately puts that child in that sort of position, which is not fair on them. I also believe that this information should be clear to both the rapist and the victim so that they know the risks to having a kid with nowhere to go (but of course being told in a way that the victim isn’t being guilted into taking responsibility)

this is my opinions of this sorta thing anyone agree/understand . if women rapes man, man gets to choose if he's there, he doesn't get a choice on the abortion but he gets a choice if he's gonna be there or pay for anything . if man rapes women, women gets to choose abortion or not or choose to give up custody or keep it and/or put up for adoption and all . No matter what, it always should go to the police, gender doesn't matter, it is rape, it should always go to police or court depending on the severity

I personally think the abortion should still be woman's decision, even if she's the rapist. But the men should have the option to decide if he wants to be implied in the baby's life if the mother decides to keep it, and if he doesn't want to be implied he shouldn't pay child support

that was never the discussion. people said „when he gets raped, he decides if the women gets an abortion“ but thats js wrong bc its still her body, but he should get the decision if he wants to be in the childs life and shouldn’t be forced to pay child support, bc the women took advantage of him and it was never his choice
