Hello all that resonate to this- look up PARALLEL PARENTING as opposed to COPARENTING for high conflict parenting situations. Saved my life to know there was another way than to stay working close to someone that was so evil to me. It was affecting my mental health and my ability to parent.

This is so me. my ex did all the same shit and DV, he still fought me for 50/50. now he wants us to go to a counselor 6 months later cause his girl left him and he wants to "fix his family" I'm saving ALL of these points to tell the counselor.
