People forget that law school helps people write and speak better, which is something that’s beneficial in any career and life. Plus, always good to have a lawyer in the family!!!!

I went into law school knowing I didn’t want to practice! Worked in a big firm before as a legal assistant and knew it wasn’t for me but still wanted the education. I’m an in-house lobbyist now and in very good company with other jd’s!

What are some of the benefits? I’ve considered this but am on the fence! I have BS and MS in environmental engineering and would love to learn more about environmental law.

I work in big law and there’s so many people I work with that have JDs and don’t practice. They work in various departments like legal talent, HR, and culture and inclusion!
