who has that much peripheral vision, I can't move my eyes far enough to see the pen without moving my head. the only way to pass that test is to pretend you can see it.

Mind you this only happens if someone report them, and she couldn’t keep her head still to follow with eyes, she failed the sobriety test even though she didn’t continue driving she was driving at first that’s why the officer said the man would be driving from then on
