One reads like a template, the other reads like a person who works there. And here is the part that took a year: the tone has to be decided BEFORE the layout, because it changes the layout. A brand that says "choose your fighter" needs the flavors on one screen facing each other. A brand that says "select an option" needs a dropdown. Voice first. Layout second.
