日本煮麵主要都是一個勞網放在水裡面燙然後再甩，面當然會亂掉啊，至於有些人說為什麼日本飲食那麼鹹，是因為日本以前氣候偏潮時加上人民要農作，於是飲食就很鹹去補充失去的鹽份
