if you're just starting out go VALL, if you're already in VWRP stick with it, as I would presume you already have a small cap ETF anyway.

I'm already with VWRP because I wanted maximum global diversity from a single ETF. For the same reason I'll be moving to VALL.

I have stuck with VWRL. I like the fund I like the ability to grab an income version. Also when I compared 5 year performance with the mutual fund ftse global all cap VWRL very slightly won

So essentially, go with VALL (All-Cap) if you think the small-cap premium still exists. And go with VWRP (All-World) if you think the small-cap premium doesn’t exist any more.
