I have D.I.D and mostly couldn’t tell why. No memories coming back… with the exception of a few moments in crisis when other parts apparently told things. Will I as whole ever remember? It’s difficult to accept things while being so in the dark

It it normal to lose memories prior to the traumatic events? I lost many memories from my young adult life, prior to my sustained traumatic events. God has healed me for most part, but I forgot people, their names, complete events :(
