So in this situation, if the officer is doing a welfare check because he was called out to investigate that vehicle. Technically, he can get up to the door and the reason being is he's answering a call for service. It would be no different if somebody from the house called 911. And said, i'm being battered by my spouse, and the officer jumped the gate to come up there. To investigate, that gate is no longer going to restrict him. Because he's answering a call for service

my problem is its not registered to alli so he knows who owns it. so why here. is it registered to this address if so he still has no right onto the property if its locked gate without a warrant. welfare check does not give permission to go through a front door that gate is classed as the same thing.
