So proud of you my darling. After my spinal cord injury I felt like no one else really SAW how much effort it took to learn to walk again? Like when toddlers do it they get so much understanding and compassion about hard it must be to do but for an adult I feel like it expected? Like the pain or the illness or in your case prosthetics takes precedent but no one sees the mental fortitude to continue when every step hurts. When you have to think about. Every. Single. Movement.
