Being from PA.. The state troopers in my area have horrible egos, they take their jobs way too seriously. They walk into every situation with tremendous certainty.. Like they've been watching you & already know what they're going to find. & the more wrong they are, the more agitated & ignorant they become.. They did this exact thing to my mom (who's an old white, blonde hair, blue eyed Welsh lady.) & was incredibly rude to her & fined her with anything he could make up at the time.. Then to prove he was an arrogant bastard, he even argued with the judge when the judge threw the charges out. So yes, PA state troopers in my experience? Are horrible to deal with..
