I recently got a cocker puppy however we were given a small bag of puppy food which she doesn’t use can I use it as treats for her and my other dogs when training?

Any recommendations on treats and things for hypoallergenic dogs? My dog is on Ava food but struggle to find a range of hypoallergenic treats for her and feel bad giving her the same thing all the time.
