@leadwithzoe: i lead a tech company of 200+ people. time to bust the biggest myth about ai at work. everyone thinks companies have automated everything. they have not. there is still a human touching majority of ai work we do. here is what ai is actually being used for: 1. making the thing - marketing writes the brief with it. engineers ship the feature with it. analysts run the analysis with it. whatever your job produces, ai produces the first draft of it. 2. ops and reporting - the weekly report. the monthly report. the thing someone has been rebuilding by hand every friday for four years. that is a scheduled task now. 3. ai inside the tech product - if you build something people use, you are adding ai to it this year. it is expected, and likely superior ux. send this to the person on your team who keeps saying they do not know where to begin. which of the three is your company actually doing? or none of them. be honest. #ai #aiatwork #claude #claudeai #futureofwork
