This decision has nothing to do with the First Amendment. The basis for the decision was based in contract, not constitutional rights. I support the arbiter's decision. However, I want to remind people watching this video not to come away with the impression that the First Amendment prohibits employers from firing employees for their speech. It does not. The Amendment gives you rights against the government for restricting your speech.
