As previously announced, anyone proposing to sell $ITL to InterLink is required to transfer the proposed amount to the Treasury address. Interestingly, many low-price proposals appear to remain unfulfilled. This raises questions about whether some low-price offers were submitted primarily to influence market sentiment or support OTC accumulation, with no real intention of completing the sale.
