Everyone knows bananas are good for debloating because they have a lot of potassium but they also have a lot of carbs which is why I use this instead. @ATRAKT
We’re living in confusing times. We have more therapy, more medications and more awareness around mental health than ever before. You’d think that would mean that the statistics would be dramatically better than a decade ago. But they’re not. In many regards, they’re getting worse. So the question is why? What are we missing? To get to the bottom of this, we brought together what you might call the Avengers of mental health on the latest episode of the Mighty Pursuit Podcast. A one-of-a-kind team-up with three of the most influential voices in the world. At Columbia University, Dr. Lisa Miller has shown how spirituality and mental health are inseparable. At Stanford University, Dr. Anna Lembke has exposed how new technologies have caused dopamine overload and addiction in the brain. And at Harvard University, Dr. Uma Naidoo has established the gut-brain connection, revealing how what we eat shapes how we feel. Each brings a missing piece of the puzzle and together, they give us the whole story of mental health. This is the first time these voices have come together — a rare chance to hear from the people who have shaped the global conversation on mental health, all in one place.
