Yogurt!! Espectially greek/thick yogurt. I really like soy yogurt but it just doesnt taste like the real deal. Ive tried many but it always tastes a but off.

what cheese do you use?? i have been vegan for 4 months (found out I was allergic to dairy 8 months ago) but don’t know which vegan cheese to cook with. i’ve tried violife but really cannot get past the smell

For me it’s like things that are easy to grab like cheese strings. Or even quorn pieces for bulking up things, the texture of a lot of faux chicken really freaks me out and the quorn pieces texture, and how they hold flavour is just perfect. I love tofu but don’t alllways want to have tofu as my chicken alternative xx

I have really bad issues with iron deficiency (like I recently got two blood transfusions and two iron infusions and this wasn’t my first time) and i just don’t know how to keep my iron levels up without meat because iron infusions meat is so much more easily digestible.

I find it hard when it comes to chicken mince. Tofu / and tempeh tend to have a more beefy taste, and dry soy has a strange chew to it
