Five years ago, I had an idea that almost nobody believed in. It started with a simple question: What if facial icing didn’t have to be so messy? So I designed a prototype, filled it with ice, and handed it to my mum to see if she’d actually use it. She did. Then her friends wanted one. Then strangers did.
