@courtneys_bites: Can roast potatoes get ANY nicer!?😍Full recipe below! ⬇️ Ingredients: -5 medium potatoes -oil for cooking (any of your preference) -2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp rosemary -1/2 tsp thyme -fresh chopped parsley -salt to taste Method: -peel, chop and boil your potatoes with a little salt until fork tender then drain all the water -once drained, add 1/2 tsp salt and give them a shake and set to one side -in a oven safe dish, add a nice layer of oil to cover the bottom and place in the oven on 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until REALLY hot -add in your potatoes (you should hear them sizzle Instantly) and place on the oven for 35 minutes turning half way through -in a jug, add 100ml oil, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp rosemary, fresh chopped parsley and 1/2 tsp thyme then mix well -when your potatoes are almost fully golden and crispy, add this over the top of them and give them a mix then place them back in the oven for a further 20 minutes turning again half way through -remove potatoes from the oil in a dish, add a little sprinkle of salt and enjoy! #crispy #potatorecipes #roastpotatoes #EasyRecipes #dinner
