Add milk to the meat as mixing and add some water on the bottom of the pan meatloaf will come out light not dence.

I make an Italian meatloaf and I don't use any of the toppings you're putting on yours I use the bread crumbs which are Italian and it add diced tomatoes I'd probably use onions if my kids like them and stuff like that and all the seasonings like kind of like what you do if you're making meatballs but then I make it into a loaf and then I put on spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce on top with a little bit of Parmesan cheese you can also add barbecue sauce that taste good too

Add some apple cider vinegar mustard (Dijon or stone ground not yellow) garlic powder and onion powder to that sauce. Life changing
