I was in an internet outage, but the weird part was everything else worked in my home but the calls part, it kept dropping. Thought it was my system, was on the phone with IT for an hour and a half before we realized I was in an outage and I was only getting partial internet. Managers wanted me to go to my secondary location, which took another hour and a half due to having to pack up equipment, making a pit stop on the way to secondary location and then setting everything up....kind of enjoyed it cause when I got to secondary location and set up, it was my lunch time and then I only had 2 hours left when I got back 🤣🤣 didn't get penalized for it either because I followed the "process" of what was required lmao
