in order for me to BE an efficient high achiever, it is essential that i have a lot of downtime during my work hours lol. if a task would normally take someone 3 hours, sometimes i can do it in 1.5 hours but i need the remaining 1.5 hours to let me brain rest after working at max speed for a while

I let other people manually create new shipping locations for years, takes about 30 minutes a pop…but I could do it in seven minutes because nobody else realized the system had a cloning feature so I automated 80% of the data entry. 😂

exactly I had about 40 cases and I finished them 1hr and 30 min before my shift ended, I told my supervisor he gave me someone else work load like 8 more cases, I learned my lesson real quick.

Be the miracle worker. Let people wonder how you got things done. If boss needs something in a week and it’ll take 3 days. Ask for 8 days and deliver it on day 6.
