I’m alright so far… I think. I have about 300k in equity in my house, 130k in my ROTH IRA, and about 20k in other misc investments. 450k total at 37. I really wish I got serious about investing earlier, so if you’re young, please… please… PLEASE.. take investing serious.

Way way way ahead. Not because i have had large income years but bc I pay myself first. Not by buying consumer crap but by investing. The younger the better. That’s how people get wealthy.
