I had even worse just get layers and use pomade/clay (absolutely not texture powder) then shampoo 2-3 times a week no conditioner

Wet it everyday even if you dont use shampoo just wet ur hair and dry it it will give it more texture and it wont look as greasy

stop shampooing for a while yes it will be greasy but what ykur doing it is shampooing to the point your scalp is producing 2/3x the amount of oils

Ur using the wrong shampoo and conditioner. For ur hair buy a volumizing shampoo and conditioner it won’t make ur hair greasy as quick and gives straight hair volume
