Saying someone was wearing a sweatshirt like the one he's wearing isn't enough evidence.Department stores sell 10s of 1000s of identical sweatshirts. He should have been treated like an innocent man. Until he was proven to be suspicion that it was actually the suspect that the police were looking for.
