I know of a high quality olive oil its Papa Vince its a single orgin from Sicily Italy 🇮🇹 its the best I have ever tasted 💯 and very high in polyphenol and hydroxytyrosol. its pricey at 47 dollars for a 500 ml bottle on Amazon. but it is amazing 👏 highly recommend 👌

My grandpa used to do this. This is a common thing Palestinian eldery do. My grandpa passed away at 95 yrs of age. He had no health issues...he just didnt wake up one day.

I heard about this a few years ago and started doing this in the morning. The only thing I add different from the olive oil and lemon is a good little pinch of cayenne pepper, cause it’s great for circulation and your heart and many other things.❤️

Yes, I have this super high olive oil but I don’t drink it with lemon juice. I take a shot of the olive oil every morning on an empty stomach.
