This is not true. clean armour you haven't been in battle with is identical to everyone else. Yes dirt and damage happens on missions but it isn't permanent your armour will default to clean new armour after a while

Yeah this happens when you don't die in a Mission, diving and getting ragdolled via explosions or otherwise will effectively leave scars,scratches and battlefield damage to your armor and cape.

its not unique to each player. there's only so many presets. so helldivers have the same as one another
