I've seen this so many times I work in a factory where we are over worked we can't even breathe on the machine 18/19 year olds start working within a day or two they are out but not before giving the managers or co workers a piece of their mind and I admire that about them

I'm a millennial. I have the courage to leave if it is not for me in a good way. It's not about gen. Its just that some of us are emotionally attached on something and feel it's hard to detached from it. So first learn how to detach, and get comfortable with the feeling of discomfort early in the process, as it is completely normal.

As a millennial i taught my gen z kid to dip if the vibes are off, we dont hold space for that. Unless its like a stick up for someone situation, never run from that.

I’m a mill and I leave jobs, people, place & things if it’s not serving my well-being. What a waste of energy to get stuck. I will unfriend, unfamily, unauntie, ununcle if it’s necessary, might as well burn those bridges & keep moving forward. Focusing my mental health & few people that really matters. 💯✨
