Hello FACEIT team. Please consider changing the punishment system for players who disconnect because of problems outside their control. In my country, power outages can happen unexpectedly, and the internet/Wi-Fi can also suddenly stop working for 15–20 minutes. These problems are not intentional, but if they happen 2–3 times, the punishment becomes very long. I understand strict punishments for players who intentionally troll their teammates, insult others, cheat, or use smurf accounts. But disconnecting because of an unexpected power or internet outage is completely different — we don't choose for these things to happen. For example, I received 4 bans within one week because of unexpected electricity and internet problems. I really hope FACEIT can review this system and consider a more fair punishment for players who disconnect due to genuine technical problems. Please take this situation into consideration. Thank you for your work.
