@alanonai: There's a folder on your desktop right now that's worth more than every AI tip you've ever saved. I'm serious. And the best part is you already know how to unlock it. Here's what I mean. A woman I'll call Carla runs membership for a trade association. She used AI for exactly three things, because she'd found three things on one of those "12 ways professionals use AI" lists. Then one afternoon she's summarizing a board meeting, and she looks over at a folder of 340 open-ended survey responses that had been sitting untouched since March. Nobody had ever read them. And it hit her: what she was doing to that transcript was the exact thing those responses needed. That one realization was worth more than all three of her use cases combined. The move is stupidly simple. Take something you already know AI is good at, and ask what it's an example of. "Summarizing meetings" isn't the capability. The capability is taking a big pile of messy information and turning it into something a human can actually use. Meeting transcripts are one kind. So are survey responses. So are two years of customer complaints, the notes field nobody's opened since the database went in, and the exit interviews everyone collects and nobody reads. Carla went from one use case to six by asking that question one time. So here's the good news: the applications that would help you most are the ones that will never show up on anybody's list, because they belong to your job and nobody else's. Which means you're the only person who can find them, and you can start today. Three-day challenge. Every time you postpone something, avoid something, or think "I'd do that if I had time," write it down. Don't judge it, don't think about AI. Just write it. At the end, look for the ones that are really about volume, or a blank page, or information you already have and have never examined. Those are your openings. The full breakdown is in my article, "Learn to Spot the Opportunities Yourself." Link to article in comments. Go find your folder. #ai #business #work #LearnOnTikTok #skills
