Ur supposed to use a spacer btw (it attaches to your inhaler to help the medicine reach deep into your lungs instead of sticking to your mouth and throat)

I found my inhaler in my bag after not using it in a year, middle of an asthma attack, so I sprayed it away from me then used it. turns out it was not only expired but full of dust. didnt help my attack at all

Yeh. I have a habit of forgetting to rinse it out so sometimes I’ll get a little crumb and I’ll start choking and coughing and then it makes the asthma attack worse. 🤠

On the subject of inhalers, my friend keeps saying "yea you like snorting that dont you" every time i take my diskus(i take powder form of ventolin and flixotide) and honestly, its hard to not laugh and have to take it again every time😂😭
