she defended herself. If she wanted to kill she would’ve gone elsewhere. She hit the leg so she could get away. This trial needs to be open and closed because the DV alone should prove she was protecting not only herself but the at the time unborn child.

He was eventually going to kill her. She was 8 months pregnant and it took FOUR DAYS of hospitalization for her to recover from what he did to her. You don’t stab someone in the leg if you’re trying to kill them. How could anyone hear the facts of this case and not believe this was self defense? This poor woman. I’m so thankful she’s avoiding jail time. I hope she can finally be free now.
