I don’t think that you actually understand what is happening here the attorney decided to go. The root of she was in psychosis because he thought that it would be easier to fight that. She’s going to be found not guilty and then Patrick’s going to be put on the stand at a later date, and he will be found guilty of murder, murdering those children.

I hate when people fail to listen the Judge AT ALL. He stated in multiple ways that no sentence, no affirmation from her defense is admission of guilt. Like, this information has been public FOR AT LEAST one month 😭

Reddington is an ace criminal lawyer. He is playing it safe by making sure she gets the insanity claim. If she gets a full acquittal then it’s great. His next best bet is acquittal with an insanity claim. If he was to openly suggest Patrick did it, the burden would fall on him to prove that. Right now the burden it’s on the prosecution to prove Lindsay allegedly did it.
