3 weeks ago today I met the strongest version of myself. Against all odds, I got my VBAC - an unmedicated water birth. Yes, it was very painful, but it was also positive and powerful in a way words could never describe. If I had to describe it I would say it’s a spiritual awakening. At some point you just give yourself over to God and become one with the creator. It might sound crazy…but it’s how it felt. An incredible and terrifying experience at the same time ✨ I hope this does not deter anyone from an unmedicated birth. I believe every woman should try and have this experience even just once if they can 🫶🏽 And now that I’ve had it…maybe next time I’ll go the epidural? 😅 #birthfilm #birthstory #birthvlog #unmedicatedbirth #VBAC

Make Your Own Boilie Hookbaits 👨‍🍳 — These Are Big Gobstoppers! 😱🎣 Ever fancied creating your own giant carp fishing boilie hookbaits for fishing in Europe or targeting species like catfish? 🤔 If so, here’s how to easily do it 🎥 using just two items from the OMC Bait Range… ✅ Paella Jaw Paste ✅ Paella Gravy ⸻ 1️⃣ Crack an egg into a pan and whisk it 2️⃣ Add two caps of Paella Gravy and continue whisking 3️⃣ Slowly start adding Jaw Paste, working it through your hands until you get a sticky but tough consistency 4️⃣ Place in a bag and leave to air dry for 5 minutes 5️⃣ Roll the paste into your desired-sized baits 6️⃣ Bring some water to the boil and add the baits for 2 and a half minutes, or until they start floating 7️⃣ Once removed, leave them out of direct sunlight to air dry for 24 hours TOP TIP‼️ Don’t be afraid to mix both Paella and iSCREAM Jaw Pastes (adding Nutty Sauce 🥜) together for a totally different and unique hookbait — especially if you have both in your mix. 🔥 There are no limitations to what you can do with the OMC Bait Range 🧠. Grab a bag or two, sit back, and watch your catch rate explode! 💥 #carpbaits #fishingbait #boilies #carpfishing #onemorecast
