My ServSafe teacher taught me to always wear gloves and wash my hands as if I weren’t wearing them at all. I don’t know why people think glove use negates handwashing. They do hand in hand (😅) and need to be used together.

I'm a residential cleaner and I order a box of 2000 gloves every 4 -5 months. Not only do I use them to clean my clients homes - I have a box in my kitchen and laundry room. I personally hate things under my nails and constantly washing my hands. So gloves have been my compromise for years. And now, I couldn't picture life without them. The blowing on the cake was foul. New fear unlocked.

Im a cake decorater. I cannot wear gloves. its affects how I make my flowers and other things. im not touching the icong at all. ill wear gloves to touch the cake of course. as for blowing dust.... THATS disgusting!!! i would never ever ever

Also, people’s hands do sweat. That’s why gloves should be worn no matter how hard they scrub them. But then, people think they are invincible when the DO wear gloves. Like they can touch any and all things while wearing them. So…. 🤷♀️
