If I were on the jury, I would find this Dr to be egotistical and unreliable. The fact that the judge had to stop and yell at the witness SEVERAL times seals the deal.

How is he qualified to access her mental health when he cannot answer simple questions about mental health conditions? As an attorney, the fact that the judge did not instruct him to answer yes, no or I do not know is infuriating.

📣 Yo sigo creyendo que NO fue ella, o no menos no de manera voluntaria. 2 posibilidades: 1. Si fue drogada o se encontraba bajo algún tipo de sustancia: Podrían haber aprovechado su estado de debilidad y poca funcionalidad para manipular fácilmente su cuerpo, sus movimientos e incluso utilizarla para realizar determinadas acciones, como si fuera un títere, sosteniéndola físicamente. Pero no solo eso: también podrían haber influido en sus pensamientos, ideas y percepciones mientras se encontraba en ese estado, hablándole y condicionándola, haciéndole creer cosas. 2. Si permaneció inconsciente e intubada durante un periodo prolongado: Existe la posibilidad de que, aun estando inconsciente, pudiera percibir o registrar ciertos estímulos auditivos. Durante semanas pudo haber escuchado conversaciones de policías, fiscalía, psicólogos, enfermeros, médicos, Patrick 😒… y de quienes estuvieron a su alrededor. 💎 Si además fue inducida o influenciada durante ese periodo, podría haber construido dentro de su propia mente una narrativa que ella misma percibiera como real, llegando incluso a creer que ella había cometido algo, aunque en realidad no hubiera ocurrido de la manera en que lo recuerda o interpreta. Por eso, mi duda sigue siendo la misma: ¿realmente fue ella quien tomó esas decisiones de manera consciente y voluntaria, o su estado físico y mental pudo haber sido manipulado para hacerle creer que sí? ⚠️NO SE HA ENCONTRADO PRUEBAS!!!!!! y por que el ex esposo SI TIENE MUCHAS INCONFORMIDADEs en SU NARRATIVA??? que lo investigueeenn!!! que hacia la esposa actual en esos momentos tambien???.. Se ha descubierto antecedentes de FAMILIA Y AMIGOS DE PATRICK en la policia, en el ministro, fiscalía, en vienes y raises, etc... 😑
